Advises on matters of Administrative Law, in particular in the context of environmental protection, e.g. administrative permissions to develop investment projects, access to environmental information etc. Her experience and interests are in the areas of spatial planning and development as well as participation of interested parties in administrative proceedings and appeal procedures.
Aleksandra is experienced in matters of renewable energy resources investment projects, such as wind farms and photovoltaic installations, and with projects conerning prospecting of minerals and their extraction from deposits.
Aleksandra has been practicing as a lawyer since 2009. She has authored numerous publications in periodicals dedicated to legal and environmental aspects of renewable and non-renewable energy production. Her doctoral research focuses on legal regimes for wind farm location.
